How do i get started with using spotnet?

I am new to this forum and would like to know how i can start using spotnet? Along with how is it going to help me.
I am using a Windows 7 core i5 with 4gb Ram.

Any guidance would be highly appreciable.

You need a Usenet server and a download client like NZBGet. Wownload the nzb file from <links are not allowed> (this is spotnet) and import the nzb file in nzbget.
