Misschien dat jullie een uitgebreide aangevulde CCleaner gebruiken met de aanvullingen die een tijdje terug op usenet gepost werden.
Ik gebruik de standaard CCleaner en helaas staan ze er na het gebruik van CCleaner bij mij er nog steeds in.
Sinds 2 april verwijder ik daarom die troep elke dag gewoon handmatig.

De mappen worden geplaatst op schijven/partities die op dat moment het meeste vrije schijfruimte beschikbaar hebben.

ik denk dat dit ook wel zo is, alleen worden die aangemaakt in C:\Users\Mickroz\AppData\Local\Temp ipv in C:\Users\Mickroz\AppData\Local

voor de rest draait er niets van windows live volgens mij.

Dit zijn inderdaad restant folders, hoofdzakelijk van bestanden die internet of update gerelateerd zijn.
Denk hierbij aan bv driver updates, hievoor wordt een tijdelijke dir aangelegd.

I think you'll find that at least some of these folders are created each time Windows Live Setup performs its twice-daily version check. You can compare the timestamps on the folders with the log files created at the same time at %localappdata%\Microsoft\WLSetup\Logs.
The product team say (via PM) that the folders are supposed to be deleted when setup is finished, and if they aren't, it might be because AV software has a lock on them. I don't believe that.
