SpotWeb - Add Spot

Hi! Just got spotweb installed and indexing. Working great! Amazing stuff
One thing I cannot do is add a spot, which I assume is the way to add a usenet mailing list to index.
When I try to add a spot with a nzb file and filling out all the other fields, nothing seems to happen. Can someone explain the reason for adding a spot?
As mentioned, just want to add more mailing lists for indexing (or see a list of mailing lists that are indexed).

Thanks Blauwbek. Indeed it seems I was using the wrong server for posting. Additionally for English speaking users (I came to this forum through google), here is the wiki for spotnet: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spotnet. It explains alot!
